Looni is an educational personal-finance tool. It reads bank statements you choose to open, on your device, and shows you calculations derived from them. Looni is not a bank, not a licensed financial advisor, dealer, or planner, and nothing in the product is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Figures are estimates; verify anything important with your institution or a licensed professional before acting.
Statements and transactions you load in the browser tools are processed on your device and are not uploaded to Looni's servers. Optional features you explicitly enable (such as bank connections via Plaid, waitlists, or the Rate Fight pool) involve only the data those features describe at the point you use them. Looni is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Looni and its founder are not liable for any loss arising from use of the tool, including decisions made based on its output. Parsing can contain errors; the product shows its work precisely so you can verify.
