Delete your data
1. Delete your waitlist entry
Send "Delete my data" to hello@loonifinancial.com from the email address you signed up with. We use the sending address to verify it is you, so we will not ask for anything else. You get a confirmation reply when it is done.
2. The free scan
The scan at loonifinancial.com/scan reads your CSV in your browser and never sends it anywhere. Close the tab and it is gone. There is no copy on our side to delete.

4. When the app launches
In-app deletion is planned: remove one connected institution and everything under it, or delete your whole account, from inside the app, without a support ticket. Bank access will be revoked at the aggregator the moment you disconnect. This page will be updated with the exact steps and timelines when that ships. Until then, this page describes what exists.
5. Unsubscribe only
Want to stay on the list but stop emails? Reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us. One reply, done.
